4PL Export Logistics Coordinator

The 4PL Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination and execution of Export Logistics process for the assigned FMCG client portfolio. Success is delivered via strong engagement with, and collaboration between, client supply / demand planners, packing facilities, transport & shipping agents.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Service Delivery

• Primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
• Participation in client weekly demand planning process
• Liaison and coordination with packing facilities for the weekly supply replenishment stock orders
• Liaison and coordination with internal transport team to arrange trucking & internal shipping teams to arrange ocean carrier bookings
• Communicate exceptions & recommend solutions
• Ensure client facing information / data contained within their systems is accurate & manage exceptions
• Review and support internal GSC operations to ensure all internal systems reflect accurate & current information
• Review & recommend improvements / update to client SOP
• Support RCA and resolution for identified issues

2: Productivity and Profitability

• Recommend projects to improve operational performance while supporting clients’ supply chain structure and processes
• Support implementation of client improvement initiatives
• Provide support as required to minimize / mitigate revenue leakage

3: Collaboration and Relationship Management

• Engage & develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Engage & develop strong relationships with key internal teams
• Execute C&N requirements and commitments
• Prepare for & participation in client meeting

Location and Work Rights Requirements:

• This position is based in Sydney, NSW.
• Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia.
