Position Summary
This position is a member of the International Modern Markets Supply Chain team. It includes monitoring our 3rd party logistic providers’ performance, continuous improvements (carriers and customs brokers), support efforts to optimize freight costs and ensuring coordination of inbound / outbound flows and information and supporting daily operational tasks related to day to day engagement with 3PLs.
Responsibilities
- Stock reconciliation control in all 3PL plants in scope incl. controlling of KPIs related to stock accuracy
- Investigation and settlement of inventory differences at all 3PL plants in scope incl. root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent from reappearance of discrepancies
- Stock verification, posting of necessary stock adjustments incl. among others scrap, request of necessary authorizations in line with ENR procedures
- SAP errors processing incl. EDI resolutions for inbound,outbound
- Participation and involvement in cycle count execution and ensuring cycle counts are performed in line with agreed procedures (this includes preparation eg. stock cleaning, reports, analysis )
- Analyzing & verifying Key Performance Indicators for warehousing and transportation in ANZ such as DIFOT, OTIF etc
- Verification of related cost invoices
- Control over inbound claims/supplier returns
- Creating the logistics cost POs as determined by line manager
- Participation in projects and initiatives leading to improvements in costs and services
- Ensure efficient info flow on inbounds between FF, customs agents and 3PL and support escalations related to this communication
- Manage and control inbound claims and supplier returns, errors solving and processing
- Additional tasks assigned by the employer
Required Skills And Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- 4 or more years of experience in in related areas (in supply chain / logistics) or equivalent education or combination of education and experience
- Team player with ability to work independently in a distributed work environment with flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities
- Ability to engage with 3PL to drive outcomes independently
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor degree diploma/ University degree
- MS Office
- knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Experience with large multi-national consumer products company is an asset
