Join Danfoss in Chennai and help shape the future of global warehouse operations through SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of standardized, scalable warehouse solutions that improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational transparency across our global network.

You will play a key role in Danfoss’ digital transformation by connecting warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain processes into seamless end-to-end experiences. Your expertise will help sites adopt best practices and unlock the full potential of modern warehouse technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead SAP EWM solution design and deployment initiatives to create consistent and scalable warehouse processes across global locations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to deliver integrated business processes and stronger operational outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvements in warehouse performance by leveraging SAP S/4HANA innovations and digital capabilities.
• Guide workshops, testing, deployment, and go-live activities to ensure successful solution adoption and business readiness.
• Analyze warehouse operations and recommend process enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in SAP EWM, including end-to-end implementations, rollouts, configuration, and solution design.
• Deep expertise in warehouse management processes, including advanced EWM capabilities such as decentralized EWM, automation, cross-docking, kitting, and production integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori applications, SAP BTP, and analytics solutions.
• Ability to lead business discussions and workshops, translate requirements into practical solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments, collaborating with both business and technical teams.
