Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage outbound activities for customer orders
- Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)
- Process and document letter of credit (LC) for shipments
- Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination
- Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis
- Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments
- Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality
- Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership
- Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system
- Perform monthly stock audits
- Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders
- Prepare and maintain the warehouse petty cash
Experience
- At least three years of relevant experience in logistics, import operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong familiarity with Egyptian customs procedures and regulatory platforms, including Nafeza, GOEIC, NTRA, and other applicable authorities.
- Good understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs clearance procedures.
- Experience in stock control, Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) management, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, inventory counts, and warehouse coordination.
- Proven ability to manage shipments from supplier dispatch through final delivery, while coordinating closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
