Trade Execution Coordinator

Job Description

• Monitor and follow up on new sales orders, update our books promptly for tracking purposes and efficient execution on time manner.
• Issuing proforma invoices to buyers enabling them to obtain the required import approvals.
• Communicate with buyers to obtain and verify their banking instructions for documents presentation.
• Manage the Boat Accounts and book all sales and price difference in the AS400, send the required instructions to our bank to proceed with documents presentation and do the same for the direct presentations. ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Ensure high communication with the banks for documents presentation timely and answer their inquiries, provide the sales invoices and contract to sight the funds.
• Proficiently manage the NAFEZA system for Egyptian customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
• Manage the maritime agent to ensure the best berthing /discharging plan, provide the required document and info on light of the set plan.
• Support the buyers whenever needed with banks, NAFEZA, CargoX and customs formalities in general.
• Obtain all required approvals / documents from the governmental entities.
• Upload shipping documents on CargoX platform for each ACID.
• Support the whole team members for the admin work and Record-Keeping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector or similar companies.
• Fluent in English
