Role Description The Export Coordinator (English) will be responsible for managing and executing daily export operations for fresh produce shipments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm 2nd 6 October and involves coordinating with internal teams, farms, logistics providers, and international customers to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Key tasks include preparing and reviewing export documentation, confirming shipping schedules, following up on vessel bookings and ocean freight arrangements, and maintaining up-to-date records for each shipment. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, providing status updates, resolving shipment issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations and company quality standards. The Export Coordinator will use English as the primary language of communication with international clients and partners, ensuring clear, professional correspondence and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong export documentation and export operations skills, including experience preparing invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required shipping documents.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to manage client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain professional relationships with overseas partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of ocean freight processes and shipping coordination, including booking vessels, tracking shipments, and collaborating with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and good computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry) are required to manage international correspondence and export records.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in export, logistics, or international trade, preferably within the agricultural or food sector, is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
