D365 Supply Chain Management Specialist (Manufacturing)

An international manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist to support and enhance a large-scale global D365 Finance & Operations transformation programme.

The company is currently rolling out D365 F&O across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide, replacing legacy ERP platforms and standardising business processes across supply chain, production, planning, warehousing, procurement, and logistics. The programme involves a complex multi-country deployment with a strong focus on manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the D365 SCM subject matter expert for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Support the ongoing global D365 F&O implementation, rollout, and optimisation initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Configure and improve processes across Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, developers, and key users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process standardisation and best-practice adoption across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Provide user support, training, testing, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM.
• Proven background in manufacturing environments, including production planning, shop floor processes, and supply chain operations.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, upgrade, or global rollout projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business process analysis skills.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into effective D365 solutions.
