Shift Patterns
You have a choice of working either rotating day shifts or night shifts for both the Logistics and Manufacturing Produce Line Operative roles.
Rotating Day Shifts
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 06.00-14.00, Friday 06.00-12.00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 14.00-22.00, Friday 12.00-18.00
Night Shifts
Monday to Thursday 22.00-06.00, Friday 18.00-24.00
Operative - Logistics Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading deliveries.
- Warehousing raw product to relevant areas including; ambient, chilled & frozen.
- Moving product from warehouse to various production lines.
- Loading finished product for transportation to customers warehouses.
- Carry out all duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks.
- Carry out all duties by liaising with other team members and other support departments as necessary to ensure efficient continuous running of the lines.
- Working across multiple production lines producing food canned goods for leading supermarket brands including Branston, Princes, Bigga.
- Quality checking product packaging.
- Ensure correct ingredients are used for each product line.
- Ensure correct product labelling is used for each production line.
- Carry out all duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks.
- Carry out all duties by liaising with other team members and other support departments as necessary to ensure efficient continuous running of the lines.
- Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Effective communication.
- Team work.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work in an efficient and timely manner.
- To maintain product Food Safety, Legality, Integrity, Authenticity and Quality standards by ensuring all associated policies and procedures are adhered to.
