As a DC Inbound Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operation, coordinating the movement of freight across a network of Distribution Centres and working closely with transport providers, freight forwarders, DC teams and merchandise stakeholders to keep inbound flowing efficiently. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule local and international freight deliveries across Super Retail Group’s network of Distribution Centres, ensuring stock flows efficiently to support more than 750+ stores.
- Build and manage daily, short-term and rolling inbound freight plans, balancing Distribution Centre capacity, operational priorities and transport availability.
- Monitor inbound cargo movements from port to Distribution Centre, maintaining visibility of delivery performance and proactively managing delays, changes and exceptions.
- Partner with freight forwarders, transport providers, DC teams and internal stakeholders to optimise freight movements, improve service levels and minimise costs.
- Produce and analyse reports to support scheduling decisions, forecast inbound volumes, track delivery performance and provide meaningful updates to stakeholders.
- Complete key administrative activities including freight planning, delivery documentation, invoice validation and maintaining accurate transport and cargo records.
Ideally, You'll Bring
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating schedules, shipments, deliveries or logistics activities. Understanding of working with international container shipping is highly regarded.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
