Qualifications need for the position:
- University degree in business, finance, commercial, economic or technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within an FMCG company.
- Experience in Supply Chain related categories such as Engineering, MRO, Logistics, Packaging, Warehousing or Utilities will be considered an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Good negotiation skills and understanding of the FMCG market.
- Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
- Lead sourcing activities across assigned categories, including supplier identification and evaluation, preparation and execution of sourcing events, commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and contract implementation.
- Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies for locally managed spend, aligned with business needs and category priorities
- Monitor market, price and cost developments, perform internal and external analysis, and identify local sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate tendering activities and negotiate contracts for local spend, while collaborating with global procurement teams when required
- Ensure contracts are in place at competitive cost, required quality, and in line with relevant policies, authority levels and contract template guidelines.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracting in cooperation with internal stakeholders, covering commercial conditions, service levels, responsibilities and delivery requirements.
- Contribute to OpCo improvement projects in line with category strategy and maintain category- and system-specific data according to global standards and policies.
