⚓ YOUR MISSION

🔹 Optimize Capacity – Maximize utilization of available ocean carrier space.

🔹 Manage Allocations – Monitor carrier commitments, contracts and allocation usage.

🔹 Plan Smart – Drive effective load planning, routing and cargo allocation.

🔹 Coordinate Seamlessly – Work with Origin, Destination, Trade, CFS and Commercial teams.

🔹 Build Carrier Partnerships – Manage carrier relationships and negotiate capacity requirements.

🔹 Track Performance – Monitor allocation compliance, utilization and operational KPIs.

🔹 Solve & Improve – Identify gaps, manage escalations and implement process improvements.

🔹 Drive Excellence – Support regional projects focused on operational efficiency and process optimization.

🌍 WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

You have:

✅ 2+ years of experience in Ocean Freight / Freight Forwarding

✅ Strong knowledge of Ocean Carrier Allocation & Capacity Management

✅ Experience in Ocean Booking & Shipment Planning

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Strong carrier/stakeholder relationship management skills

✅ Good command of MS Excel & PowerPoint

✅ A proactive, result-oriented & solution-driven mindset
