Demand and Supply Network Planner

Position

As a Demand and Supply Network Planner in JTI, you will

• Contribute in securing uninterrupted and smooth supply of finish goods to designated markets within Adriatica region.
• Develop demand and supply forecasts for Adriatica markets using orders, shipments, and production feasibility data, while maintaining forecasting tools (e.g., IBP) and reporting forecasts according to the Global Planning Calendar.
• Create and share demand plans with supplying factories, aligning production schedules with customer demand and official orders.
• New product introduction monitoring and handling. Monitor inventory levels, including old SKUs and depletion timing, providing information about material inventory level and related costs and identify opportunities for write-off cost optimization.
• Define and negotiate monthly sales orders with customers based on forecasts, inventory targets, and supply feasibility, ensuring smooth supply network planning.
• Provide delivery plans, track sales performance, and monitor stock levels while making necessary supply adjustments.

Within 6 months you will

• Gain proficiency in forecasting tools and global demand and supply planning processes.
• Develop strategic supply chain skills, including inventory optimization, demand alignment, and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Serbian and English.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with SAP and IBP systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
