About The Job

This will be a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor role, responsible for managing a compact site with a high number of SKUs. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team and be responsible for all general warehouse functions – including inventory management, order fulfillment and maintaining strong relationships with transport and 3PL partners. The role is approximately 60% on the floor and 40% office/back-end based, giving you a mix of hands-on and administrative responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and to play a key role in optimising systems and process. You’ll oversee the smooth and tidy operation of the warehouse, distributing products nationwide to retailers and direct to customers. This is a 40 hour / Monday-Friday operation where you will be home in time for dinner every night. This could work well for someone looking to either step up into a supervisor role, or step back from a more hectic management role.

About You

You are a practical, hands-on supervisor who enjoys working closely with a small team and keeping operations running efficiently. You are confident managing inventory and IT systems, have experience working with transport and 3PL partners, and take pride in maintaining an organised, safe and productive warehouse environment. You’re flexible, approachable and ready to play your part in a kiwi business with plenty of exciting plans.
