About The Role
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and components throughout the business. Working closely with production, operations, and supply chain teams, you will help ensure inventory accuracy and the timely delivery of materials required to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Sorting, receipting and putting stock away
- Maintaining inventory accuracy within ERP systems
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Completing daily cycle counts
- Delivering components and production kits to internal teams
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and 5S standards
- Supporting cross-functional teams to meet operational deadlines
- Following all health and safety requirements
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, reliable, and ready to build a long-term career. You may bring:
- Experience in warehousing, stores, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
- A qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile when required
