As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll have full visibility and responsibility for the lifecycle of every product that passes through your hands - from goods receipt and storage to order fulfillment and deliveries within the Athens metropolitan area. You'll work daily alongside Sales teams and the accuracy of your work is what keeps PartnerNET reliable in the eyes of its partners.

Order fulfillment & warehouse operations

• Receive, verify and store incoming goods in line with company procedures - quantity checks, condition checks, correct location placement
  
• Execute order picking, packing and dispatch accurately and within agreed fulfillment times
  
• Perform loading, unloading, repositioning and packaging of goods
  
• Execute deliveries to partners and events within the Athens metropolitan area using a company vehicle
  
• Manage returns and damaged goods in line with company policy
  

Inventory & documentation

• Log all inbound and outbound movements in the ERP system within the same working day
  
• Monitor stock levels and flag low stock or discrepancies to the Team Leader promptly
  
• Participate in periodic and annual stock counts
  
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of all warehouse transactions (delivery notes, waybills, transfer orders)
  

Collaboration & operational efficiency

• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
  
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety standards at all times
  
• Identify and report recurring operational issues to the Team Leader
  

Required

• Valid driving license (Category B) - required for deliveries within the Athens metropolitan area
  
• Comfortable with computers and basic applications (MS Office, data entry)
  
• Physical stamina - daily lifting, loading and unloading
  
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in following procedures
  
• Excellent Greek; basic working English for product documentation
  

Preferred

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar role
  
• Familiarity with an ERP or WMS system (training provided)
