USA Import Logistics Specialist

Arkas Logistics is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our growing global team.

If you have experience in international freight forwarding and are passionate about managing USA-based logistics processes and delivering efficient, customer-focused solutions, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and following up ocean import operations,
• Handling the operational process from booking to cargo delivery,
• Responding to customers’ operational needs, issues, and expectations with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach,
• Maintaining active communication and relationships with customers,
• Providing proactive and up-to-date operational information to customers,
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,
• Following up operational processes in cooperation with the Sales and Pricing teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding,
• Experience in USA ocean and air import operations,
• Ability to work in line with USA working hours,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment,
• Strong knowledge of shipping line systems and portals,
• Knowledge of operational processes,
• Knowledge of documentation processes,
• No travel restrictions,

Working Conditions:

• Full-time remote position.
• USA Working hours
