Job Purpose
Drives marketplace liquidity and trade volume by acquiring, onboarding, and managing a verified base of professional vehicle buyers, dealers, and traders across the MENA and Africa corridors. Owns the full trader lifecycle – from sourcing and KYC-verified onboarding through pricing guidance, transaction enablement, and repeat-trade retention – building trust, ensuring a healthy supply-and-demand match, and safeguarding platform integrity on the Global Auto Trade marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard professional vehicle buyers, dealers, and traders across MENA and Africa, building a verified and active counterparty base.
- Own the end-to-end trader lifecycle: lead generation, KYC onboarding, activation, first transaction, and repeat-trade retention.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for dealers and traders, building long-term, trust-based relationships and repeat business.
- Provide pricing guidance and market intelligence – benchmark competitor and auction prices and advise traders on ideal buying-price ranges and target gross margins per deal.
- Validate vehicle condition, appraisal reports, and refurbishment-cost inputs to ensure fair, transparent, and competitive listings.
- Match supply and demand – align trader buying needs with available inventory, brand standards, sales channel, and market demand.
- Support traders through inquiries, negotiations, escalations, and post-trade issues, ensuring fast resolution and a high buyer trust / NPS score.
- Coordinate with KYC / compliance, trade, and logistics teams to ensure smooth, compliant cross-border transactions and settlement.
- Track and analyse trader activity, conversion, and competitor pricing; maintain the central pricing and market-intelligence database.
- Define and execute localized go-to-market and trader-acquisition strategies, and build repeatable playbooks for onboarding and engagement in launch markets.
- Provide structured feedback loops into Product, Pricing, and Tech for continuous platform improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen in automotive trading and used-car pricing / valuation.
- Proficiency in CRM, digital marketplace / e-commerce platforms, and data analysis (Excel).
- Working knowledge of KYC / AML and cross-border trade and payment processes (advantageous).
- English & Arabic are essential
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Required Skills
- Automotive trading, dealer relationship management, or used-car pricing.
- B2B buyer / trader acquisition and onboarding on digital platforms or marketplaces.
- Emerging-markets exposure, especially MENA and / or Africa.
- Proven track record of building scalable onboarding / relationship models and driving repeat trade.
