As the Warehouse Operations Specialist You’ll be responsible for developing strong partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration into our delivery operations and driving performance and service excellence across assigned areas

Responsibiliti

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System(WMS).
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments toensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for processimprovements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Support warehouse projects, system implementations, and continuous improvementinitiatives.
• Assist with employee training on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations and shipment status when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logisticsprocesses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency is required; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, or third-party logistics (3PL).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
• Fluent German and English language skills are required, any additional language skills are a plus
