- You have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Logistics, or other related fields, ideally you have gathered some experience in similar positions or in the field of freight forwarding, you are fluent in Georgian and can communicate in English, you are able to use different information and communication tools, and you eager to make yourself familiar with new ones
- Being the interface for foreign freight forwarding partners and international hubs
- Planning and coordinating transport orders
- Managing the handling of our groupage freight import consignments
- Ensuring trucks are optimally loaded, purchasing storage space and offering our customers top-quality services
- Negotiating prices and rates with carriers and customers
- Daily coordination with “status” team
- Daily update of shipments in CIEL
- Monitoring of overdue invoices for import customers
- Controlling & Reporting to management on permanent basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Continuous development of the services, searching for new markets, clients, suppliers
