Warehouse Coordinator, Runner and Class A Driver

This position supports warehouse coordination, logistics, material handling, deliveries, and operational support activities related to shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair operations throughout the region.
Work is to be executed in Bremerton, Seattle, and Everett based on workload requirements, therefore travel from the Kent office to those locations will be necessary.
Responsibilities
Logistics / Transportation
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment between warehouse locations, vendors, shipyards, dry docks, piers, and vessels using company vehicles and Class A commercial vehicles as required.
- Perform local and regional pickups and deliveries in support of ongoing operations and project schedules.
- Maintain vehicle inspection logs and ensure safe operation of company vehicles and equipment.
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase documentation.
- Load, unload, organize, stage, and track materials, tools, and equipment in designated warehouse and storage locations.
- Coordinate material requests and deliveries with office staff, field supervisors, and project personnel.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory counts and discrepancy reporting.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe storage practices.
- Assist with setup, movement, and basic maintenance coordination of tools and operational equipment.
- Support field personnel and management with logistical coordination and operational support tasks.
- Prepare and maintain work areas, storage areas, and loading zones in a clean and safe condition.
- Perform general support tasks as needed to support overall warehouse and shipyard operations.
- Valid Class A CDL required with clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, delivery, construction, industrial, or shipyard experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn shipyard operations preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand technical English required.
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to gain access to Government Facilities (no criminal history)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for short distances, including stairs and inclines.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments including standing, bending, crouching, climbing, and working around scaffolding, ladders, vessels, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and shipyard conditions.
