Our client, IFS International Food Services, is a global provider of catering management and food supply solutions for the maritime industry, supporting vessels and crews operating around the world.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join the growing Operations team in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long-term career in operations, logistics, customer service, or supply chain, while gaining exposure to a truly international business environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring seamless catering operations for vessels across the globe.

• Coordinate orders and deliveries for vessels operating worldwide
• Communicate daily with vessel crews, suppliers, and international stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution of operational activities and resolve day-to-day issues
• Monitor operational data, invoices, inventories, and reports
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
• Gradually take ownership of your own portfolio of vessels and customer accounts

What We're Looking For

Experience

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

✔ Minimum 2 year of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or a similar environment

Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong organizational and planning skills

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔ High attention to detail and data accuracy

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure

Working Environment

Our operations support vessels operating across different time zones around the world. While this role is primarily office-based, occasional flexibility may be required when urgent operational situations arise to ensure excellent customer service and operational continuity.
