As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customs Team Leader to lead a high-performing team and play a hands-on role in delivering operational excellence within our Customs services.

What you’ll be doing

You will lead a team of 10–15 Customs professionals, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient delivery of pre-customs booking operations.

Your role will combine people leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement, with real ownership of how your team operates.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop your team – building capability, engagement, and a strong team culture
• Own team performance – set objectives, manage KPIs, and drive productivity and quality
• Ensure operational excellence – deliver accurate, compliant Customs processing aligned to global standards
• Drive continuous improvement – identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and optimise workflows
• Act as a key problem-solver – resolve operational challenges and escalate risks proactively
• Collaborate across teams – work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Compliance, and Global teams
• Support change and growth – help embed new processes, tools, and automation as we scale

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a people-focused leader with Customs experience who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in Customs operations, ideally within logistics or a global organisation
• Proven people leadership or supervisory experience
• A performance mindset, with experience managing KPIs and team productivity
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A continuous improvement mindset – always looking for better ways of working
• Confidence working in a matrix, international environment
• The ability to prioritise, stay organised, and deliver under pressure
• Fluent English (required)
