Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the ‘voice of the client’ as their trusted partner and advisor
- Identify needs and agreement on solutions
- Construct a plan for how CLG will deliver those solutions
- Manage external expectations and internal collaboration
- Ensure accurate and profitable invoicing
- Work towards timely collection of payments
- Collaborate closely with team members and customers to support retention and expansion opportunities
- Provide timely responses to customer requests for service
- Make yourself aware of the respective customers’ profile to assure applicable service is delivered
- Monitor pending orders and assure all stakeholders (customer and internal) are up to date
- Schedule active orders
- Validate all services and fees have been completed
- Act as an industry expert regarding all services offered
- Deliver and communicate ROI for clients throughout the client lifecycle
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Cross-train on other Account Managers’ customer accounts to ensure consistent coverage and service continuity
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership and promote teamwork
- Strong working knowledge of WMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
