NexGen BPO is expanding its international logistics operations in Velika Kladuša and we are looking for 8 dedicated Commercial Trucking Dispatchers to join our growing team.

As a Commercial Trucking Dispatcher, you will serve as the operational backbone of our fleet operations, managing real-time communications and ensuring smooth freight movement across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for assigned drivers, delivering clear instructions and real-time support throughout their transit.
• Load Monitoring & Tracking: Proactively track shipment milestones, verify pick-up/delivery schedules, and update operational systems.
• Problem Resolution: Swiftly address logistics bottlenecks, weather disruptions, or delay notifications to keep freight moving efficiently.
• Administrative Precision: Maintain accurate load logs, upload required carrier documentation, and uphold strict compliance standards.

• Strong English Skills: Fluent verbal and written English communication for clear, professional interaction in a high-volume setting.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multi-task, prioritize high-urgency tasks, and manage data with high accuracy.
• Motivated & Coachable: Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive hands-on training for motivated candidates eager to learn.

⏰ Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 14:00 – 23:00 (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET)
