The OpportunityEnsure efficient and cost-effective Production results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production process (quantity, quality, budgeted cost and proper productivity level). Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Prepare daily dispatch schedules based on production output, customer orders, and priority shipments.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are ready for dispatch on time.
- Ensure vehicle allocation based on delivery routes, load capacity, and cost-efficiency
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as: Packing list and Transporter documentation
- Ensure finished goods inventory accuracy before dispatch.
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities and verify correct packaging and labeling.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO during dispatch.
- Share dispatch details (vehicle no., driver contact, expected arrival time).
- Handle customer issues related to delays, shortages, or damages.
- Provide POD (Proof of Delivery) updates and documentation.
- Update dispatch records in ERP/Excel/Logistics software.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dispatch reports: Dispatch/ volumes/Transport costs/Delivery timelines/OTIF performance (On-Time In-Full)
- Ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards to prevent transit damage.
- Verify that vehicles meet safety norms and comply with loading procedures.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Power Transformer manufacturing and Stores Management. Knowledge of Project Management is an added advantage.
- Must have previously demonstrated complete knowledge of production activities.
- Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO14001, and OSHA regulations.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate team efforts to accomplish goals.
- Ability to operate and deliver results in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
