• Order processing
• Communication with customers 
• Organising export procedures whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Monitoring the documentation associated with the procedures managed, ensuring compliance with internal rules and applicable legislation
• Collaborate in maintaining and updating the quality and food safety system
• Ensure compliance with all best practices associated with the process in order to guarantee that all relevant requirements are met
• Support the department’s month-end activities
• Other activities associated with the Customer Service sector

• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles
• Skills:
• Portuguese
• English
• French
