Sampling Press/Shipping Operator I - Swing Shift

Description

Job Duties:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders on a timely manner.
• Follow schedule and prioritize workflow to optimize efficiency.
• Responsible for processing samples i.e., / shipping, press, and or autoclave.
• Responsible for meeting quality and productivity standards within autoclave, press, and or shipping.
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
• Assume responsibility for performing assigned Sampling support functions i.e., autoclave, press, and or Shipping.
• Maintain the flow of inventory items into the warehouse.
• Maintain flow of assembling/processing orders.
• Record keeping, in terms of productivity/quality tracking.
• Maintain general cleanliness/order.
• Detailed quality checks for products in process.
• Assume responsibility for effectively reporting (or properly referring to the correct person) all nonconformance issues.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding writing instructions.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to budgets, and deliver quality workmanship.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Capability to set up and change tools as required.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes.
