What You’ll Do
- Conducts inspection (PTI) of equipment prior pickup/delivery. Performs onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and sanitation to ensure the container is working properly and ready for use – KPI
- Coordinates with customer/warehouse for the time and sequence of loading and unloading of cargoes - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Facilitates loading and unloading of cargoes, ensures compliance to stowage, loading sequence, and container capacity - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Conducts product check in terms of product temperature, quantity, and quality of packaging - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Performs checkering activities to ensure completeness of cargoes picked-up and delivered - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Coordinates with truckers for the timely positioning of containers in the warehouses – KPI
- Prepares shipping documents and collates all required shipping permits, billing attachments, and PODs – KPI
- Coordinates with Ops dispatch, truckers, and Pier Coordinators for the timely movement of containers for vessel loading / unloading – KPI
- Serves as on-board vessel escort
- Checks compliance of handling personnel/truckers to depot rules and regulations - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Manages incidents of cargo or property damages, accidents inside customer premises. Prepares incident report and supporting documents - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Handles liquidation and clearing of billing documents and PODs - 100% Compliance to SLA
- Ensures on-time submission of shipping docs and PODs to Ops and Documentation Team – KPI
- Coordinates with port operator and shipping lines operations for the timely loading and unloading of containers – KPI
- Monitors container inside the port prior vessel loading/prior withdrawal – KPI
- Coordinates with CIC and shipping lines for the timely acceptance and withdrawal of containers
- Handles payment of port-related charges prior acceptance and releasing of containers
- Reports the time and motion of all pick-ups and deliveries
- Reports the actual containers loaded and unloaded to and from the vessel
- Bachelor's Degree
- Engineering / Vocational Ref and Aircon Tech (Transport Refrigeration)
- 1 to 2 years’ experience
