As Supply Chain Inbound Manager at our Stockholm HQ, you will take ownership of the global inbound flow of goods across Acne Studios' Supply Chain. You ensure that products move from suppliers to warehouses and appointed locations in a way that is timely, cost-efficient, and sustainable. The role combines operational excellence with continuous improvement: challenging existing processes, reducing manual work, and implementing tools and ways of working that drive efficiency and transparency across the supply chain.

What You Will Do
As Supply Chain Inbound Manager, your main responsibility is to lead and optimise inbound logistics operations, ensuring reliability, transparency, and efficiency across the global supply chain. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager EMEA and lead a team of two, driving end-to-end inbound performance by:
- Leading and developing the SC Inbound team, ensuring clear ownership, balanced workload, and continuous growth
- Overseeing global inbound flows, ensuring smooth coordination, execution and full traceability across shipments from supplier to final destination
- Owning inbound reporting frameworks, driving accuracy, relevance, and increased automation across the organization
- Ensuring timely, cost-efficient and sustainable transport solutions through optimized freight partner selection and continuous performance and cost management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders to secure high execution quality, on-time-in-full delivery and planning accuracy
- Proactively identifying and communicating risks such as delays, shortages, quality issues, or changes impacting the inbound flow
- Representing Supply Chain in commercial forums, aligning inbound flow with business priorities and key events
- Defining and enforcing logistics requirements towards suppliers, including ownership of Shipping & Packing Guidelines updates
- Driving continuous improvement of inbound processes, systems, and forecasting in collaboration with key stakeholders

- At least three years of professional experience within logistics or supply chain management
- Experience from retail, fashion, or global supply chain environments is a strong advantage
- Previous leadership or people management experience is meriting
- Strong IT and system capability; proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft D365, Dispatcher WMS, Centric PLM, and BI tools such as QlikView or Power BI is a plus
- Experience with AI, automation, and innovation is clearly meriting
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
