This role requires driving a 24-foot box truck on public roads as part of the job responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
- First 60 days: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- After 60 days: Transition to an A/B rotating shift schedule:
- Week A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week B: Wednesday and Thursday
- The primary work location is 101C International Drive, Portsmouth, NH, with occasional work at 166 Corporate Drive, Portsmouth, NH. You may be required to work at both locations on the same day (approximately 0.5 miles apart).
- The position includes cross-training in both the Warehouse and Loading Dock, so candidates should be comfortable working in different environments:
- Loading Dock: Not climate-controlled, exposed to weather conditions, and can be noisy (hearing protection is provided).
- Warehouse: Includes freezer storage areas (cold-weather jackets and gloves are provided).
Equipment used may include:
- Pallet Trucks
- Forklifts
- Swing Reach Trucks
- Cherry Pickers
Physical requirements:
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Pre-employment requirements include:
- DOT Physical (completed through Foley Services)
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- DMV Driving Record Check
- Safety shoes are required while working.
- For safety reasons, headphones or earbuds are not permitted while operating equipment, but they may be used when not operating machinery.

Summary*
- Contributes within team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components.
- Supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestic and internationally.
- Demonstrates organization, time management of primary role requirements for one of the following areas within the Logistics department: (Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping and/or Warehouse)

- Performs SAP transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement)
- Performs Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
- Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures & obtains required qualifications.
- Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP’s required in the work environment.
- Performs Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).
- Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area.
- Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Utilizes DMS and Trackwise for assigned area.
- Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department.
- PIT Equipment: Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Ride On’s, Order Pickers, etc.
- Box Truck Driving.
- Lukapak Receiving & Handling.
Supervision Received
