For one of our clients – а long-standing BPO provider specializing in customer experience, digital solutions, and AI-driven automation, supporting global brands across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Logistics Operations Specialist with Dutch or German or French (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with their shipment and delivery needs through phone and email communication;
• Follow shipments from start to finish, providing updates and finding the best solutions when challenges arise;
• Partner with logistics teams to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes;
• Maintain accurate records and keep customer information up to date;
• Turn every interaction into a great customer experience through care, ownership, and effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, German, or French, combined with good English;
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or a contact center environment is a plus;
• A self-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote setup;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
