1、海外收派供应商资源管理：负责海外收派供应商资源管理机制、系统工具迭代优化，协助海外地区完成收派供应商资源开发、运营质量及成本管理，满足业务发展需求 2、海外国家运营流程设计与优化：基于国际快递/电商等产品，负责海外国家的运营流程设计与优化，含时效质量异常监控与分析、中转及委派流程、派送环节时效标准配置及调整、网点操作流程、收派流程 3、海外国家运营工具开发与落地：负责海外国家运营工具的创新研发、优化迭代与推广应用 4、海外国家重大运营项目落地：负责海外关键流向运营优化项目统筹，推进并落地
