Shipping Planner

• Achieving on-time delivery through smooth communication with Internal customers(Edwards, CSK, Leybold PCs & CCs) / External customers including manual allocation process for SUN division
• Communicate with relevant team such as customer care, FSE and sales to follow up delivery status.
• Coordinate with the customer’s logistics team to make sure the on-time delivery & on-quality delivery to the customers
• Asist shipping leader and support activities related to stock levels, inventory accuracy along with managing and shipping pumps to customers with 3PL provider.
• Collect shipping orders for pumps to be shipped from Customer Care and provide to 3PL provider daily.
• Manage SAP for outbound and reconcile with WMS system
• Support shipping activities which are processed within 24 hours to maximize warehouse CSL at the lowest WH operation costs.
• Support the creation and updating of existing outbound process procedures to ensure they remain relevant to current processes.
• Proactively monitor and effectively communicate material and delivery problems to operational and customer care teams including manual allocation process for SUN(Business unit name) division

Knowledge areas/skills

• Driver license of forklift, reach truck, pallet truck etc are inquired
• Good communication skill including written & speaking business English
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS
• Be familiar with KAIZEN, 6S & SHE
