• 수출입 통관 업무를 관련 법규 및 내부 절차에 따라 수행하고, 수출입 신고서 및 통관 관련 서류를 작성·검토·제출합니다.
• 고객이 제공한 자료를 바탕으로 품목분류(HS Code), 과세가격 및 관세·제세 부과 내역을 검토하고 통관 요건을 확인합니다.
• 통관에 필요한 인허가, 인증서 및 각종 증빙서류를 수집·검토하고, 정정신고 등 통관 후속 업무를 수행합니다.
• 상업송장(Invoice) 및 통관 관련 서류를 검토하여 관세법, 대외무역법 등 관련 규정 준수 여부를 확인합니다.
• 고객, 해외 지사, 계약 관세사, 세관 및 유관기관과 긴밀히 협업하여 통관 업무를 원활하게 수행합니다.
• 고객의 관세·무역규제 관련 문의에 대응하고, 무역 컴플라이언스, FTA 원산지 및 원산지 검증 관련 업무를 지원합니다.
• 관세조사, FTA 원산지 검증, 세관 사후심사 및 기타 규제기관 점검 대응 업무를 지원합니다.
• 운송사 및 내부 운영 부서와 협업하여 화물 배차, 운송 및 배송이 적시에 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하고 통관과 운송 프로세스를 연계합니다.
• 신규 고객 온보딩, 고객사 시스템 연계, 통관 프로그램 구축·개선 및 회사 시스템과 고객 시스템 간 인터페이스 연계 프로젝트에 참여합니다.
• 관세 및 무역 관련 법규 변경 사항을 모니터링하고, 업무 프로세스 개선 및 자동화 활동을 통해 서비스 품질, 운영 효율성 및 규정 준수 수준 향상에 기여합니다.
• Manage import and export customs clearance activities in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and other customs-related documentation.
• Perform tariff classification, customs valuation, and duty/tax reviews based on customer-provided information and supporting documents.
• Review commercial invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Gather and review documents required for customs clearance, permits, licenses, certificates, and other regulatory requirements, and handle post-clearance amendments when required.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, contract customs brokers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and compliant customs clearance.
• Support customers with customs and trade compliance inquiries, including FTA Rules of Origin and origin verification requirements.
• Assist customers in customs audits, origin verification reviews, post-clearance audits, and other regulatory compliance matters.
• Coordinate with carriers, transportation providers, and internal operational teams to support timely cargo pickup, delivery, and end-to-end shipment execution.
• Participate in customer onboarding, customs program implementation, system integration, and process improvement projects, including interfaces between company systems, customs declaration platforms, and customer systems.
• Monitor changes in customs and trade regulations and contribute to process optimization, automation, compliance, and service quality improvement initiatives.

• 관세사(관세사 자격증 소유자)
• 최소 1년 이상: 5년이내의 유 경험자
• 관세 관련 컨설팅 경험 있는 분
• Good English Skills (Speaking)
• 대졸
• 포워딩 경력 무관
• 인천 근무 가능자 (주3일 재택)
