Job responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead team as a people manager to oversee team operations and task allocation.
  • Support and empower team members to execute their duties independently and effectively.
  • Manage and monitor task cycles across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines.

Sales Admin Management within Supply Chain & Logistics Team

  • Oversee the end-to-end process and logistics flow from the France Central DC to the final destination RDC in South Korea.
  • Manage import/export operations, customs clearance procedures, and pre-clearance Value Added Service
  • Handle operations involving bonded transport and freight forwarding companies.
  • Calculate and process payments for customs duties, VAT, and export clearance fees.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate closely with the Zone Supply Chain team in Hong Kong and the Central Sales Admin team in Paris.
  • Collaborate smoothly with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure all tasks are conducted transparently, fairly, and in strict compliance with company policies.

Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of Logistics experience, 2 years of people management
  • BA degree or above
  • Business-level English proficiency for international communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Growth Mindset; Open minded; Fast learner
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Extensive knowledge of import/export management, customs procedures, and customs broker operations.
  • In-depth understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight processes and associated lead times.
  • Proven experience in processing customs duties, VAT, and related export fees.
  • High ethical standards with a transparent and fair approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in the domestic or international retail industry, specifically within luxury brands.
  • Retail experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of documentation for special raw materials, such as CITES and Wild Permits.
