Main Objective:
- Handle and expedite all customs clearance documentation processes for sea freight shipments, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and maintaining smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process customs declarations, including PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) via the EDI/CEISA system.
- Classify commodities accurately according to the Indonesian Customs Tariff Book (BTKI) and determine correct HS Codes for sea freight cargo.
- Coordinate closely with customs officers, quarantine authorities, and port/terminal operators to facilitate clearance procedures and inspections.
- Monitor and track the status of customs documents, handling obstacles such as red channels, fiscal valuation adjustments (notul), or document revisions immediately.
- Manage and organize all necessary import/export licenses, permits, and shipping documents to prevent operational delays or penalties.
- Maintain an accurate daily report of incoming and outgoing sea freight shipments, customs approvals, and operational expenses.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid PPJK Certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) issued by the Ministry of Finance.
- Proven working experience handling sea freight customs clearance operations and procedures.
- Deep knowledge of the CEISA system, sea port clearance workflows, customs regulations, and international trade terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage field operational issues at the port or office level.
- Highly detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and capable of working under tight delivery schedules.
- Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
