Your role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of incoming parts and outgoing equipment across our operations. Your work is essential in arranging transportation, preparing required import/export documentation, and supporting shipment execution from start to finish. By staying organized, responsive, and detail oriented in a fast paced environment, you help ensure shipments are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all requirements. You will report to the Logistics Team Leader.

You will

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation scheduling and carrier selection.
  • Prepare and manage shipping, import, and export documentation.
  • Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate updates across teams.
  • Process and maintain shipment data and transactions in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by monitoring shipping performance and identifying efficiencies.

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or shipping OR a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to ensure shipments are accurate, on-time, and support overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks and complete work accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
