Job Description

The Auto Parts person maintains parts inventory and automotive supplies, ordering parts, checking parts in, and keeps parts room organized and clean. Will also need to use a forklift daily for shipping and receiving for automotive. Also pick parts up in a UPS vehicle from local vendors on occasion.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience and or background in Automotive parts industry - REQUIRED
• Previous experience in automotive parts, inventory, or shipping/receiving operations preferred.
• Ability to identify, locate, and manage automotive parts accurately.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles for local parts pickup and deliveries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly parts room and inventory system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must have an active driver’s license issued by the state
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift, M-F, starting between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
• Able to work flexible shifts
• Able to obtain a DOT/physical exam
• Able to pass a UPS road test screening

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay rate for this position is $28.42 per hour. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Hired applicants are eligible for weekly pay, extensive training, 401(K), defined-benefit pension plan, medical-dental and vision after waiting and or probation period, $0 healthcare premium, paid vacation, paid sick and family and medical leave time as required by law, paid holidays, discounted employee stock purchase program.

Pay Range

For this union-represented posting, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions.
