The International Logistics Coordinator will manage international and domestic shipments, with a focus on logistics between South Korea and the U.S. This hybrid role is based in the Austin or Houston, Texas area.
Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs brokers; preparing import/export documentation; tracking shipments and inventory; resolving delivery issues; and maintaining accurate logistics records. The role will also support customer communication and continuous improvement of logistics operations.
- Korean/English bilingual required
- 1–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred
- Knowledge of international shipping, import/export processes, Incoterms, and customs documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP or logistics systems preferred
- Experience in chemicals, semiconductors, or related industries is a plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
