What would you be doing?

As a Production or Packing operative you would join our team in what we call an ‘introductory role’ supporting either the production or packing teams with uncomplicated tasks that, with full training, we would anticipate you becoming competent in during a very short period of time. Once competent at our ‘introductory roles’ we will actively work with you to become a skilled production or packing operator earning anything up to £17.46 per hour (Supervisory rate) .

When will you be working?

Our Production and Packing roles are advertised on a permanent days basis working 05:45hrs to 18:00hrs on a 4on 4off pattern.

What skills and qualifications would you need?

Essential

• No previous experience needed - just a willingness to learn, plenty of enthusiasm and the passion to deliver a quality product.
• The job can entail some activities which require a degree of physical capability.
• The job will also require you to be on your feet for the duration of shift.

Desirable

• Experience in a fast moving factory environment, preferably working with food.
