You will help build scalable, controlled processes for Global Accounting and FinTech in an environment characterized by speed and constant change. What you'll do

• Develop and enhance internal revenue systems and support external audit requirements to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting.
• Drive efficiency in month-end close processes through automation, outsourcing, and the implementation of best-practice frameworks.
• Navigate complex intercompany arrangements, including transfer pricing, entity structuring, and multiple functional currencies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance Engineering, Risk, and Treasury to identify system gaps and unblock technical dependencies.
• Own the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and maintain subledgers, ensuring accuracy even when priorities shift rapidly.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial system enhancements, turning ambiguous requirements into actionable technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to work flexible non-standard hours or shifting schedules to support global time zones.
• Experience with Oracle R12, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or Blackline.
• Foundational knowledge of P&C insurance accounting or international transfer pricing.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to manage complex projects while minimizing waste.
• Working towards a CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in a Big 4 audit environment or a fast-paced multinational corporation.
