AVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Europe Overseas Business Development Team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations.

What you will do:

  • End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Oversee the entire process from vehicle production at the China factory, through inland transport, ocean freight booking, Spanish port customs clearance, to final dealer delivery, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Factory-Facing Coordination: Serve as the sole point of contact on the Spanish side, maintaining daily communication with the China factory's production planning team to track production progress and estimated completion dates, enabling proactive capacity planning.
  • International Shipping Management: Manage ocean freight carriers, track vessel schedules, and resolve transit anomalies (e.g., schedule delays, documentation errors) to ensure timely arrival at Spanish ports.
  • Customs Clearance & Inland Transport: Coordinate with local Spanish customs brokers, prepare and review all import documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, commercial invoices, etc.), and arrange transport from port to warehouse or showroom.
  • Dealer Delivery Scheduling: Liaise closely with dealers to confirm estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each vehicle based on inventory and shipping status, and communicate proactively with the sales team for customer delivery planning.
  • Exception Management & Escalation: Proactively identify and resolve issues such as production delays, shipping changes, or customs holds, escalating when necessary to minimize dealer impact.

What you will bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in international logistics operations, with a solid understanding of China–Spain import/export shipping processes and customs regulations. Experience in the automotive industry (especially NEVs) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and ocean freight documentation requirements;
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of tracking and reporting logistics KPIs using Excel or ERP systems;
  • Existing network of local Spanish customs brokers and transport providers is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Working proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, with strong crisis management skills and the ability to communicate across time zones and cultures.
