Bulk Haulage Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, experienced Haulage Supervisor to lead daily bulk haulage operations out of Port Hedland, manage fleet performance, and supervise a team of drivers to ensure smooth, safe, and timely material movement.

About The Role

• Oversee day-to-day site haulage operations
• Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to minimise downtime
• Lead, support and develop a team of drivers and operators
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure vehicles are maintained
• Conduct regular compliance and safety checks, including pre-start meetings, safety briefings, and incident investigations
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors for seamless coordination

About You

• Proven supervisory experience within Bulk Haulage or Mining Haulage operations
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtain
• Sound knowledge of logistics, fleet operations & scheduling
• Clear and confident leadership with excellent communication skills
• Organised, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
• Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening
