The Yard Crew Is responsibility is to perform the duties below on a

regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as

company performance and safety requirements. This position is at a

marina working with private boats (sailboats and power boats).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks, hydraulic trailers, travel lift hoist, arial

lift, and work boat

• Perform minor carpentry and painting on an as-needed basis
• Perform some mechanical repairs on company equipment
• Move and launch boats, checking and safely securing boats moored at

the docks

• Proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools
• Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and abilities
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
