As a Supply Officer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll help ensure materials and aeronautical products are available when needed by maintaining accurate stock control and supporting safe, compliant warehouse practices.
Key responsibilities will include managing stock levels to support operational requirements and ensure product availability; preparing, packing and dispatching spare parts and shipments; applying quarantine procedures in line with company requirements; supporting the receipt and issue of aeronautical products and associated documentation; storing and transporting Dangerous Goods in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures; and liaising with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
Essential Criteria
- Customer-focused, with the ability to liaise with vendors/suppliers to resolve discrepancies on received shipments
- Availability to work a rotating shift roster across a 24-hour operation
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Experience in stores/warehousing or a similar safety-sensitive environment
- Demonstrated computer skills (preferably Microsoft Office)
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Dangerous Goods certificate and working knowledge of Inventory Aviation software, TRAX and Maintenix (advantageous)
- Experience in receipt and issue of aeronautical products (desirable)
