What You’ll Do
- Review the daily production schedule and prepare for scheduled production runs
- Verify that the correct film, cartons, labels, and other materials are available for each production run
- Stage components in the appropriate production areas before production begins
- Replenish supplies and components needed for upcoming production runs
- Wrap finished pallets and create Finished Goods identification labels
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, turret trucks, stand-up lifts, riders, and other material handling equipment
- Return unused components to their designated storage locations after production
- Reconcile physical inventory with electronic inventory following each production run
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other warehouse and production support duties as assigned
- Ability to learn and use computer systems
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- Willingness to follow direction and adapt to changing production priorities
- Ability to work effectively with production, warehouse, and administrative teams
- Six months to one year of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will also be considered
