How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead improvement projects related to warehouse management, material replenishment, and logistics processes.
- Implement and optimize the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodology to ensure accurate and efficient inventory and material handling.
- Support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, Kanban systems, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure materials are available at the right time and place to minimize downtime and improve operational flow.
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and define actionable plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and factory leadership to align on priorities and execution.
- Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, internal logistics, material replenishment, and continuous improvement in industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with PFEP, Kanban, JIT, and material flow optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (L6S).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct authority.
- Fluent in English and native in Spanish or Polish (depending on the location), with willingness to travel up to 30–50% of the time
