Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Warehouse Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective management of materials and inventory. You will monitor warehouse operations, support the achievement of operational targets, and drive continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and ensure uninterrupted production processes.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Oversee the effective operation of warehouse and material management processes.
• Ensure continuous material supply to production and efficient material flow between the warehouse and production areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels.
• Analyze and investigate inventory discrepancies and participate in inventory counts.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs to support operational decision-making.
• Support and improve processes within SAP MM and WM systems.
• Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Initiate and implement improvements in line with Lean Manufacturing principles as well as quality and EHS standards.

Qualifications For The Role

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and WM modules.
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and working with KPIs.
• Ability to optimize processes and solve operational challenges.
• Good command of English and Polish, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
