Project context

Experience minimum 3 years in project logistics in in industrial companies, preferably Oli&Gas sector. Experience in International Trade and knowledge of international commercial & transport documentation, ie. letters of credit, bill of ladings, customs declarations.

Knowledge of customs regimes and export control procedures, incoterms, VAT tax constraints, export/import documents.

Experience in organization of sea transportation and oversized road transports (transport exceptional). Working knowledge of transport law and international treaties (Hague-Visby rules, CMR convention)

Very good command of English.

Ability to work in team, good communication skills, ability to work under time pressure. Ability to learn

Good command of Excel and SAP.

Goals and deliverables

Preparation of shipping documents: packing list, invoices, certificate of origins, verification vendors' documents.

Contacting suppliers for shipment arrangements, checking vendors documents: packing specifications, transport and lifting concepts on transport drawings.

Purchase of T&L services: preparing RFQs, preparing bid comparisons in respect to technical and commercial aspects, negotiating terms and conditions, issuing purchase requisitions.

Organization of transports according to the project schedules, coordination of shipment among vendors, freight forwarders, and clients.

Participation in project team meetings.

Arranging and monitoring customs clearances, filling in Intrastat reporting.

Reporting delivery progress and tracking the costs. Filling the claims related to performance of transport and damages.

Quotation Evaluation & Selection Criteria

We reserve the right to apply a range of objective criteria for the evaluation and selection of quotations, such as, but not limited to, the principle of Total Cost of Ownership, delivery times in relation to project requirements, technical, commercial, contractual/legal, and other risks, potential past experience of cooperation with the bidder, et al., without being obliged to simply accept the quotation indicating the lowest price. Our final selection may be made on the basis of a short list of bidders pre-selected as a result of the initial evaluation of all quotations obtained by any bidders.
