International Freight Forwarder (M/F)

Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for several experienced individuals (M/F) to join our team. If you have at least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, are familiar with the realities of the transport market, and can independently organize shipments we are looking for you!

This position is for individuals passionate about logistics, who value a fast-paced work environment and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of transport orders,
• Organization of international shipments,
• Maintaining constant relationships with clients and subcontractors,
• Negotiating terms of cooperation and transport rates,
• Supervising the timely execution of orders,
• Monitoring the progress of shipments and responding to emergency situations,
• Collaborating with drivers (M/F) and other company departments, Ensuring high-quality customer service,

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position of international freight forwarder,
• Experience in cooperation with external carriers (freight sales),
• Knowledge of the transport market and freight forwarding principles,
• Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations Independence, good organizational skills, and stress resilience,
• Proficiency in English or another foreign language Familiarity with TMS software and transport exchange platforms (e.g., Trans, Timocom),

Recruitment Process Stages

• CV analysis
• Phone interview (15 20 minutes) - basic requirements, your questions, our company and offer
• Online meeting with Weronika or Artur (approx. 1 hour) - discussing experience, motivation, team fit + brief task (approx. 15 minutes)
• In-person or online meeting with Ewelina - Freight Forwarding Manager (approx. 1 hour) - verification of competencies and knowledge
